Testimonials

November 2016

We had been looking for over two years for a home to retire. We looked from northern VA, to MD to DE and then PA. We looked at homes from 293 years old to new build.

As soon as my wife saw Villa Building Co. model model at Bello Terreno, she wanted to purchase. We looked for a little longer we found another new build and the comparison started. It only lasted a few days to realize that the right choice was to purchase from Villa Building Co.

The Boccella’s were willing to give us a year delivery date. This was to work with our retirement date. Mr. Boccella was always willing to make suggestions and allowed us to place our own touches on the house. Our home sold very quickly and Mr. Boccella worked extremely hard and was able to move in 2 1/2 months early.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Boccella went above for us in many ways.

This was the right choice for our retirement. It felt like home immediately.

As a couple who have had several custom houses built, we feel that our house in Sellersville is very well constructed. Jane likes the unique floor plan and attention to extra features - walk-in pantry, large lighted closets in every bedroom - and attention to details - applied molding, crown molding, high baseboards. Dick likes the 2-6 construction together with a poured concrete foundation. We feel we made a great choice with Villa Building.

April 2014

Almost ten years ago we purchased the Philadelphia Farmhouse model from Mr. Boccella. Throughout the years, this has been a wonderful home for our family.

We like to relax on the front porch with a cool drink on sunny days. We can bathe all three of our children in the large soaking tub in the master bathroom. We're able to host large family gatherings with ample room in the oversized kitchen and enough space for 12+ in the more formal dining room. Christmas is especially festive with stockings hung above the wood burning fireplace and a cathedral ceiling that is high enough for even the largest of Christmas trees. The study on the first floor allows us to have a separate area of the house for work. The basement is enormous and has the potential for just about anything.

Speaking of the basement, it's been raining all day here with a lot of flooding in the area, but I'm not at all concerned about our basement. We've never had any problems with water in the basement.

We were first time home buyers when we purchased the house and were overwhelmed by the shear number of details that go into new construction, but Mr. Boccella was patient with us and explained the various options. He assured us we were getting high quality at a great price.

We would recommend Mr. Boccella to any home buyer looking for high quality construction.

June 2006

We purchased our home from the Boccellas in February of 2005. At the time it was under construction and consisted of nothing more than a foundation and studs. It was clearly evident when we first saw the property that the design of the house, while luxurious, was not overly extravagant, and would provide for functional living. As we had been looking for a house for over a year, we were quite familiar with what was available in the area. One thing that stood out in the house we purchased from the Boccellas was that the features and details that were provided came with the house, and were not considered "extras" like so many other houses that we considered.

It was also clear that Mr. Boccella was involved in every aspect of its construction. In the months leading up to the finishing of the house, every time we would drive by the residence to check on the progress, Mr. Boccella was on site supervising and participating in the construction.

After purchase, Mr. Boccella was extremely accommodating in the modifications and "extras" that we wanted to incorporate into the design. In addition, despite these changes, the house was finished on time (as promised).

After we moved in, the Boccellas followed up with us to make sure that nothing was missing or in need of repair. During the past 14 months, we have had 3-4 incidences, typical of new construction, where slight repairs were required. In all instances, the Boccellas have been extremely quick to respond to our requests and have made or arranged for repairs without question.

We are extremely happy with the house, and the service / quality provided by the Boccellas, and would highly recommend them to any who would ask.
